 In this HOCH-POCH world filled with competition and comparisons there give rise to many pros and cons. Every coin has two sides one side give rise to high and excellent grades whereas other side there is alot alot of stress and depression, pressure for high grades.

 Field work: For the people doing intense field work for example site work or contractual based work then better be ready with the  precautions. 1) Keep body hydrated. HOW?? Keep water always with you and avoid drinking cold water or chilled ice water. Always keep electron powder or ORS water pouches always with you and just keeping with you is not gonna solve the problem but having it dissolved in 1 lit normal temperature water and having it sip by sip and not having it at a time. 2)Keeping small onion with you always is other way to avoid sunstroke these summer days. 3)Last but not the least always always cover you head with a scarf and also always cover ears with cotton balls in it. Tie a scarf as just wearing a cap is not gonna work.  Uff this summer. Heat waves are becoming more intense and frequent are nothing but climatic changes.The very reason for this tremendous heat is global warming. Main reason as all of know is increase in infrastructures.
